At a trial date on September 7, 2021, domestic violence charges against our client were DISMISSED in Chelsea District Court. The client was charged with assault and battery on a family or household member, along with several other charges.
Our client was charged with hitting his girlfriend at a gas station and taking her phone to prevent her from calling police. He was on conditions of release, including a GPS, for several months.
At the trial, the Commonwealth could not prove their case, and the case was dismissed.
