In November 2018, the Law Office of Matthew W. Peterson, a criminal defense and OUI defense attorney, secured a NOT GUILTY verdict for a client facing driving under the influence charges. If convicted, our client faced a driver’s license suspension, probation, jail time, and ignition interlock.

Our client was charged with being under the influence of drugs while operating a motor vehicle for sleeping on the side of the road in his car. Our defense was that our client was not under the influence.

The Court agreed and found our client NOT GUILTY of operating a vehicle under the influence.
