I’m a lawyer in Massachusetts specializing in criminal defense, family law, and immigration matters.

I became a lawyer because I wanted to fight for people- whether it’s protecting their constitutional rights or resolving a simple dispute with a neighbor. I take each case personally, working tirelessly to find the best solution. I won’t shy away from a fight.

Where I Came From
I first came to the Boston area to attend Harvard Law School. While in law school, I didn’t just focus on academics- I took my learning into the community. I represented individuals charged with everything from domestic violence to those overwhelmed by credit card debt.
Through Harvard Defenders, I represented over 50 people charged with minor crimes in the Boston area. I also represented five adults and a juvenile throughout their district court process and worked with the public defender’s office in Boston, CPCS.
My focus wasn’t limited to criminal defense. I worked alongside one of Boston’s top civil rights attorneys, representing victims of police brutality. I also helped educate individuals facing eviction and worked at the Harvard Legal Services Center to assist victims of predatory loans.
After graduating, I clerked for a circuit court judge in Alabama, where I focused on learning everything I could- both what to do and what to avoid in the practice of law.
I began my legal career in Mobile, Alabama, handling hundreds of criminal cases, winning several high-stakes jury trials, and securing many pre-trial victories. (See results here.)
While I enjoyed practicing in Mobile, I ultimately decided to return to the Northeast. Now, I represent clients across Massachusetts in family law, criminal defense, and immigration matters.
