I am a lawyer in Massachusetts who represents people charged with crimes, in family law matters, and in immigration.

I decided to be a lawyer because I wanted to fight to fix people’s problems, whether it’s as big as protecting their constitutional rights or as simple as a dispute with their neighbor. Where I Came From
I first came to the Boston area when I attended Harvard Law School. During law school, I didn’t just spend my time learning the law. I went into the community to practice what I was learning, representing everyone from those charged with domestic violence to people who were over their head in credit card debt.
I represented more than 50 people charged with minor crimes in the Boston area with Harvard Defenders. Even during law school, I also represented five adults and a juvenile throughout the entire process of district court in Boston, and worked for the public defender’s office in Boston, CPCS.
But my attention wasn’t solely on criminal defense. I worked for one of the best civil rights attorneys in Boston during law school, representing those who were the victims of police brutality. I also helped educate those who were in danger of losing their homes, and worked for the Harvard Legal Services Center helping victims of predatory loans.
After I graduated from law school, I clerked for a circuit court judge in Alabama. During my time there, I did my best to soak up all the knowledge I could – what to do and what not do when practicing law.
I cut my teeth in Mobile, Alabama for several years, handling hundreds of criminal cases, winning several high-stakes jury trials, and winning many cases pre-trial. See results here.
While I enjoyed practicing in Mobile, I decided to move my practice back north after practicing there for several years. Now, I am a lawyer who represents people all over Massachusetts in family law matters, criminal matters, and immigration.
