On October 12, 2021, the Domestic Violence charges against our client were DISMISSED in Woburn District Court. The Commonwealth could not prove the case, and the judge dismissed the charges.
Our client was charged with assault and battery on a family or household member. After investigating the case and setting the matter for trial, the case was dismissed on the trial date.
